All foreign private issuers filing with the IFRS taxonomy will be required to submit their annual financial statements in XBRL for fiscal periods ending on or after 15 December 2017—and may begin to do so immediately.

For many companies, filing Form 20-F with the SEC raises numerous questions: primarily, how to meet this new requirement with current resources.

Join Workiva for a workshop in London to create action plans for these new requirements and network with your colleagues.

After this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Interpret the details of the new XBRL mandate for foreign private issuers
  • Assess how XBRL will impact your company and reporting team
  • Identify your overall XBRL needs and determine the appropriate action plans
