Diversité, équité et inclusion
Where we are
How our employees identify*

Gender, race, and ethnicity
We track this data to establish where we are today and to help us to determine the next steps in our journey to becoming more diverse.
The categories in our data are not as inclusive as we would prefer. The race and ethnicity categories we used are consistent with the U.S. Department of Labor EEO-1 report. We are currently reporting the binary information we have access to, even though we recognize that gender is on a spectrum.
*Data are as of June 30, 2020 at which time we had 1,626 full-time employees worldwide, with 1,401 employees living in the United States.
Office locations
With offices across the world, we create welcoming workplaces that reflect and support the communities where we live and work.
Our commitment
We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion at every opportunity. We know we have more work to do, and we are focusing on recruiting, supporting, and retaining diverse employees. With the help of our employees, customers, partners, and communities, we will continue on our journey to be successful together.
Leadership principles
Our leadership principles are the actions we take every day to support our values and mission. Many of our leadership principles directly relate to upholding our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
DE&I Committee and employee resource groups
Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is a driving force across the company that actively creates and hosts a wide range of events for employees to get involved.
Workiva has seven employee resource groups that are formed around a shared interest or common goal. These groups are designed to support their members and cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workspace.
Solidarité envers la justice et l'égalité raciale
Workiva est solidaire de la communauté noire contre le racisme, la violence et l'injustice. Nous nous entraiderons, nous respecterons les uns les autres et nous défendrons la justice et l'égalité raciale.
DE&I education and programs
We know that an educated workforce is essential to maintaining our accepting culture. In addition to our other learning and professional development programs, we offer learning opportunities around diversity, allyship, unconscious bias, and leadership training on inclusion.
To advance gender diversity across Workiva, we added three new women's leadership programs in 2019.
Equity
Workiva is committed to providing a positive experience for all candidates and employees that value impartiality, fairness, and equity. Employment practices are continually reviewed and updated to ensure they are being delivered in an equitable manner.
We continue to monitor our employment practices to promote pay equity.
