  • Anna Kwok, Vice President of Professional Services at Workiva, focuses her work in enhancing XBRL training and education to customers, as well as other related initiatives and solutions aimed at enabling higher data quality. Prior to Workiva, Anna was Vice President at Financial Intelligence for 2 years where she led SEC restatement projects and other technical consulting services. She has 20 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and accounting operation. Anna received her master's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

    Chris Klobuka, Professional Services Manager at Workiva, has been on the Professional Services team for over two years. Chris has extensive industry experience, including financial services and manufacturing. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

    Christian Hall, Professional Services Manager at Workiva, is a CPA and has prior experience in the accounting industry as an auditor. Since joining Workiva over two years ago, Christian focuses on providing XBRL services for various industries to ensure accurate SEC filings. He received his bachelor of science and master of science degrees from the School of Management at Binghamton University with majors in both accounting and global management.

    Darek Paulukovich, Team Manger of Professional Services, spent his first two years at Workiva providing XBRL services for a wide variety of industries. Over the past two years, Darek has been a member of the XBRL Training Team where he focuses on developing and presenting XBRL training curriculum both internally at Workiva, as well as externally to our customers. Prior to Workiva, Darek spent two years in corporate accounting and four years in public accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and is a certified public accountant in the state of Arizona.

    Frances Rae Alvarez, Team Manager of Professional Services, joined the Workiva team in August 2014. Previously, Frances worked in audit for seven years in public accounting, specializing in the manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution industries, as well as spending a year in corporate accounting. She received her bachelor’s degree, double majoring in accounting and marketing, from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a CPA in the state of Illinois.

    Henry Horrell, Professional Services Manager at Workiva, has been on the Professional Services team for two years. Henry earned his bachelor and masters degree at Northern Illinois University and is a CPA.

    John Muehe, a member of the XBRL Training Team, is responsible for educating Workiva employees internally and Workiva customers externally. John joined Workiva in February 2011 and develops and delivers training content. He also assists with the implementation of new features in Wdesk. Prior to joining Workiva, John worked in public accounting. He graduated from Iowa State University with his bachelor's degree in accounting and management.

    Lisa Teitell, Professional Services Manager at Workiva, provides XBRL services for a wide variety of industries. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

    Lisa Teofilo, Senior Manager of Professional Services at Workiva, focuses on internal XBRL data quality initiatives and leads our team of professionals to ensure customers' filings are accurate and successful. Prior to joining Workiva, she was at Ernst & Young where she spent five years in public accounting, specializing in financial services. Lisa graduated from Illinois State University with her bachelor's in accounting and is a registered CPA in the state of Illinois.

    Mary Callegher, Team Manager of Professional Services at Workiva, has been on the Professional Services team for two years. Mary is a CPA with over 10 years experience in public accounting, specifically tax and assurance, as well as private business accounting and family office services. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.

    Percy Hung, Director of Professional Services at Workiva, leads the internal XBRL training function as well as manages external XBRL training programs including webinars, online help and educational content, as well as in-person training offerings. Previously, Percy was at Financial Intelligence, LLC, a financial consulting firm, where she focused on SEC restatements and other projects.

    Peter Larison, Team Manager of Professional Services at Workiva, is a member of the XBRL Data Quality team with his main focus on evaluating the effectiveness and scale of released and proposed Data Quality Committee validation rules, as well as education both employees and customers about those rules. He also assists with the development and refinement of internal analytical tools to better identify areas of improvement for consideration for automation and rule development. Prior to joining Workiva in 2011, Peter worked for several years in the SEC service provider industry. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with master's degree in accountancy.
