We've expanded Workiva products in different ways. And two of the specific ones that we've really started to work with are the Certification module and the Presentations module.

We were able to take the Certification solution and push it out to all of our users worldwide. They, then, can respond back in real time on their end, and it feeds right into the system. So there's no second step to it. Once they respond, everything is right there, on my dashboard, so I can see who's responded and how many are left.

The feedback that I got from the end-users was "This is really easy. It's a good visual." So when it comes out, it's easy to log in to, to work with, and to respond. Then, we also used it for internal confirmation letters, which most of the directors and managers do for our CFO and CEO. So a very positive feedback from both end-users and our higher level executives.

We've seen certifications used now in the finance side. Our legal team actually came to me after we used it for the first time because they were one of the end-users and said, "Hey, we do certifications for our lawyers each quarter, and they ask, 'Have there been any updates to litigation? Have there been any updates to cases?'" and they've been doing that through email. So they were like, "Can we use Certification to do this?"

So, it's going to expand in our company. It's an all-in-one package where they can go and rely on one package for multiple uses across the company. We've even talked about expanding it—we have about 2,000 users every year that sign off on ethics certifications.

Actually, one of the features that I really like the best about it is the dashboard feature. You can see where you are in the process, how many people have replied versus how many people haven't, the percentage of completion you are, how many days are left in the process, all on one screen. Then if I need to, there's always those people that need just that little extra reminder, I can remind them specifically, I can remind a group of people. I would highly recommend using Certification.

And to think not only about what it can do from—I call the SOX standpoint, to the compliance side—think about what it can do for the business. It really has mushroomed very quickly from a solution for my department to a solution for our company. That's one of the things that I really think is going to help us in the long run.
