I couldn’t say enough great things about our Customer Success Manager. WebFilings—and through my specific Customer Success Manager—has just provided the best customer service of anything that I’ve used in my professional or personal life.

Our Customer Success Manager has been there, on call. Like, as soon as we send an email or place a phone call, she will either answer, or she will return it, maybe within an hour or half an hour.

The support has been consistent over the three-and-a-half years that we have been with WebFilings as a company.

There’s no need to really panic or worry about anything. He’s going to be there for us the whole time, 24/7. There will be somebody—if he’s not available, somebody at WebFilings will be there for us.

When I need them, they’re very responsive to inquiries. They solve issues if I should have them. I’ve been overwhelmed with their success.
