We chose Wdesk, and we started to really look at our process. We had the system architect and CSM, who were both in our value stream mapping meeting, and they were giving us advice. Having someone there who is an expert on your system, an expert in SOX, a person that sees a lot of companies’ best practices, and brings those best practices, that was a big advantage having them there. I can fire off a message to our CSM, and I get almost an immediate response. The system architect that put together our dashboards; he was really great. He was the guy that got us all the way through, so he understood our process. It’s been great from that perspective.
