Ruby Blau

Biography

Ruby Blau, Associate Product Manager, joined Workiva in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, working with some of our largest enterprise customers. She partnered with her customers to understand their processes, business needs, and how Workiva could respond to these needs and achieve positive business outcomes. She has presented at user groups, collaborated on and designed features, and served as liaison between customers and development teams. Ruby particularly enjoys translating her technical expertise into improved customer processes. Ruby has a Bachelor of Arts in both French and Italian, as well as an MA in International Business and French Studies.
