As senior vice president of customer and partner experience, Penny ensures customers and partners achieve business outcomes using the Workiva platform. She oversees the customer success, services, support, operations, and enablement teams, creating best in class experience and satisfaction for Workiva customers.
Penny brings more than 20 years of experience selling, marketing, and managing teams, while cultivating relationships with clients and vendors. She has worked extensively in online marketing channels including finance, and spent a large portion of her career working in the SaaS industry.
Prior to joining Workiva, Penny held several customer success leadership roles at LogMein and Citrix. She received her Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University. She is an avid hiker and retired marathon runner and triathlete.
