Biography
Erika is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and part of its Capital Markets practice. She provides corporate counsel to financial institutions and companies, including in connection with public and private financings and securities matters. Drawing on her record of handling significant transactions and complex financial regulatory issues, Erika serves as a strategic advisor across industries including financial services, health care, media and entertainment, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail. Her work includes bridge lending and loan commitments, initial public offerings, public and private equity offerings, and secured and unsecured high yield debt offerings.
