We're a family. When you start with a handful of developers around a table, everyone is part of the work family. But even as we’ve grown, we’ve intentionally kept that feeling by being very selective about hiring to fit our culture. We’re our own eclectic work family, and it’s not just because we all have matching t-shirts. We’re honestly dedicated to helping each person feel welcome, be heard, and work creatively.
