The WebFilings Story

December 21, 2011
One of my favorite holiday traditions is to watch “A Christmas Story,” a classic holiday movie from 1983 featuring nine-year-old “Ralphie” Parker who desperately wants a Red Ryder BB Gun. While many holiday movies tend to take the traditional feel-good approach, I have always appreciated the comical storyline of “A Christmas Story.” While our recently released company video, which we've dubbed “The WebFilings Story,” does not feature a fishnet stocking lamp or a Red Ryder BB Gun, it shares our story about how our company got its start and explains our company's core values. A few years ago, WebFilings disrupted the current SEC reporting process, a process that hadn't changed much in the last 25 years, with our fully-integrated, cloud-based Wdesk External Reporting Solution. WebFilings culture of innovation, from product development to customer success, has allowed our company to address all aspects of the process' problems with their end-to-end reporting solution. WebFilings has grown significantly with our customer-centric culture. Because each customer has a dedicated Customer Success Manager, we're especially proud of the close relationships we build with our customers. And we genuinely care about our customers' filing success from the accuracy of their financial reports to filing on time, if not early. In addition, we listen to each customer's feedback on our application which we take into account for every release. This is just the beginning for WebFilings innovation of the SEC reporting process. Our vision is to deliver a great deal more. Watch “The WebFilings Story” to learn more about how WebFilings got its start and what the future holds.
