Wdesk Helps Kilroy Realty Corporation Create Efficiencies in External Reporting Process

Two weeks prior to starting their SEC reporting process, the external financial reporting team at Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corporation was able to quickly and easily adopt Wdesk External Reporting Solution.

“The ease of the solution is fantastic,” said Jessica O'Hagan, Director of Financial Reporting at Kilroy Realty Corporation. “It was very easy for the team to quickly pick it up and understand how to use it. There really wasn't a big transition time to get everyone up to speed.”

Kilroy Realty Corporation's financial reporting team also benefited from many of the features Wdesk offers. “Finally we got a marriage between the spreadsheet and the word (processing) document and the built-in controls,” said Heather Baboolal, VP External Reporting.

“It's allowed us to move the document in a much faster pace as well as making sure areas where we have the same information presented in multiple locations is always accurate and updated timely,” stated Ms. O'Hagen.
