Three New Features Added to Certification
You spoke, and we listened. Thanks to your feedback, we’re rolling out three features for Wdesk Certification that we know you’ll love. Signer groups, letter enhancements, and automatic hyperlinks are sure to save you valuable time during your certification process.
Create Groups of Signers You will no longer have to add signers to a letter one at a time. Organize your signers in groups, and add them to a certification all at once. To begin using groups, click the “People” tab and then the “Groups” tab.
Improved Letter Editing Our improved letter editing makes Certification on Wdesk much more flexible. Create a standard template for repeated use by making adjustments to each copy before distribution. Rolling letters forward is easier than ever—just adjust recipients, attachments, and letter content before sending.
Hyperlink Automatically You can now include hyperlinks in your certification. Add any web address to your template, and it will automatically become a link for signers to click. These customer-driven enhancements have already been added to Certification on Wdesk and are available for immediate use.
