A "no-brainer" for risk reporting

Any external reporting manager who has wondered if it would be difficult to change from an existing external reporting process to Wdesk should read about Stacy Gilbert's experience. Vice President and Assistant Controller at FirstMerit Bank, an Ohio based holding company, Gilbert describes the transition to Wdesk as "seamless and easy."

More significantly, FirstMerit made the switch when filing their 10 K. According to Gilbert, "It is truly the best way to do it, because the K is your biggest document and you're starting from scratch." When Wdesk launched Certification, Gilbert was eager to have FirstMerit's audit team receive an introduction to this new system for managing the sub-certification process.
