A "no-brainer" for risk reporting
When FirstMerit Corporation introduced a new process for risk management last year, Stacy Gilbert, the Assistant Controller, saw a great opportunity to leverage Wdesk.
With little process structure at the beginning, Wdesk allowed FirstMerit to work collaboratively across business units to manage information and better report risk throughout the entire company.
According to Stacy, using Wdesk as the platform to gather and report risk information was "a no-brainer."
