NII Holdings Calls Wdesk a 'No-Brainer'
Shannon Davis, Director of External Financial Reporting at NII Holdings, knows a smart solution when she sees it. She watched an online demonstration of the Wdesk External Reporting Solution and immediately shared it with her team. That’s when they all agreed—adopting it would be “a no-brainer.”
Davis saw that the reporting platform could save her teammates from a lot of headaches. But most importantly, it would relieve them of having to work with a financial printer during their filing.
“It’s very intuitive, so it’s a very user-friendly product,” says Davis. It was so easy, in fact, the team decided to begin using Wdesk with the company's 10-K. “It really wasn’t more than a matter of days before you got that level of comfort,” she says.
Jumping in with the 10-K was made easier by WebFilings dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). “You have one person that you’re working with each quarter. And that’s really a big help.”
Davis likes the comfort of knowing the CSM is there for her and her team. “Her response time is very quick. If I have a question and I shoot her an email or I call her, she’ll call or respond almost immediately.”
Davis says the switch to Wdesk has been rewarding. “I can’t say enough good things about Wdesk...I have no doubts recommending it to someone else.”
