Collaboration is key for teams to succeed
Even the best teams struggle with collaboration. Synthesizing everyone's edits and comments is challenging enough—working together on the most up-to-date document often feels impossible.
However, a recent Forbes article found that "companies that have moved in the direction of collaboration have a deeper understanding of their business."
